Welcome! I am Kate Southward and I provide one on one Yoga Coaching, classes and workshops in Auckland, New Zealand.

My goal is to add more value to your world than you ever dreamed possible by giving you tools that you can immediately use to improve your life.

I have always been interested in discovering the purpose and meaning in my life. Yoga has been the perfect medium for this. I started awakening to the reality that I alone, not anyone else, was responsible for my own happiness, and the untapped reservoir of creativity and potential that lays within - a reservoir we can all learn how to access.  

 

We need to move away from quick fixes and turn towards practices that inspire change for life. Through my coaching programme, I can help you become more aligned with your authentic self.

It is so easy to get lost in the routine of our day to day lives and lose sight of our dreams. Often this leads to anxiety, fear, self-comparison and procrastination. I can help you to recognise these habits and release them.

 

I love getting to know my students. It helps me to provide a personalised practice that fits their individual lifestyle. There is no one-size-fits-all model when it comes to yoga.

For most Westerners, yoga is a physical practice with a spiritual component. Actually, the opposite is true: yoga is a spiritual practice with a small physical component. 

Coaching with me is not a lesson in gymnastics. My students come from all walks of life: parents, business people, university students, healers. I work with the body where it's at, from beginners to the more experienced.
