As we transition from winter into spring, it’s very powerful for our whole being to take some time and recalibrate. Step away from worldly responsibilities and reconnect with the stillness that is always available.
To nourish our bodies and detox a little, we will enjoy a 100% vegetarian cuisine, including delicious smoothies, juices and sweet treats. As previously, this will be organised by the talented Kelly Dobson.
This year Kate will be assisted on the retreat by her dear friend Jessica Parr. Jess is a Yoga Alliance qualified teacher, with many years experience in self-enquiry. She also recently qualified with PHD in Medical History from Sydney University.

Location: Mangarara Eco Lodge, 298 Mangarara Rd, Patangata, Otane.
Approximately a 30 minute drive from Hawkes Bay domestic airport. Closer to the time we will arrange connections for those travelling from out of town.
The retreat starts with dinner on the first day, followed by a welcome and the first meeting. The itinerary for each day will loosely be guided by the following:
Mid morning meeting and discussion
Free time/Walk/Massage therapy
Late afternoon restorative practice
Evening satsang/bonfire/Listen to inspiring mothers/philosophers/teachers
Tuition: Includes course fee, all meals and snacks.

Retreat - $997
Either pay in full, or with a 40% deposit. If paying by deposit, full amount will be invoiced on 1st of October 2018.
The accommodation at Mangarara is dormitory style with shared bathrooms. If you book with a group of friends we will do our best to keep you together.
