Are you in need of some tender loving care?
I am delighted to be returning to The Wellness Sanctuary in Napier this October to host a beautiful candle lit restorative yoga workshop.
Restorative yoga is a gentle, deeply relaxing style of practice aimed at reducing deep layers of stress from both the body and mind.
Aided by props like blankets, bolsters and eye pillows, we hold gentle poses for longer than usual which helps to significantly reduce tension from all layers of our being.
Learn a deeply relaxing breath awareness exercise which will aid in nourishing your nervous system and re-setting your wellbeing. Leave the evening as if you’re floating on air.
If you’ve been struggling with stress, hormone imbalance, poor quality of sleep, anxiety and/or depression, or just the usual winter challenges to your immune system, this workshop will help you to re-balance your wellbeing , leaving you feel refreshed and ready for Spring.
During the workshop The Wellness Sanctuary’s fabulous Sarah Beale will assist me. Sarah will be carefully curating an essential oil experience for the workshop, so be prepared to be nourished on all sensory levels.
At the end of the class we will enjoy some beautiful, hand made ayurvedic teas and a blissball. There will be a short Q&A session for anyone interested to query certain aspects of the practice.
Date: Friday the 5th of October
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm (approximate end time only)
