This meditation course gives you powerful tools to overcome struggles in your everyday life. Each class will take you one step closer to the strength, growth and freedom that come from being vulnerable and open to love.
Join mum of two and 680 hour Yoga Alliance qualified teacher Kate as she shares expert techniques from her training in London, Sydney, Bali and Auckland. Kate will also share inspiration from her personal daily meditation practice and how it has helped her to stay balanced during some of motherhood's darkest moments.
At the end of the four-week course you will have a motivated, independent, daily meditation practice. Discover how to effortlessly renew your energy levels and reconnect to your personal strength, which will carry you through the toughest of times.
Complete beginners, those that believe they are ‘too busy’ or ‘could never meditate’ are especially welcome.
