Join experienced yoga + meditation coach Kate Southward from A Yogafied Life for four weeks of deeply relaxing and revitalising restorative yoga.
Aided by the support of yoga props (bolsters, blocks, blankets all provided) the purpose of restorative yoga is to return us to a place of being. In this process we are able to step out of the hectic pace of our day to day and reconnect with a deep sense of inner peace and calm.
Due to the ceaseless demands on our time, the depleting nature of life, unobserved stress and anxiety can start to do real damage. For optimal wellbeing and health it is essential we make time to release stress from our bodies and minds. In this way we are able to create greater presence for our most valuable relationships and creative work.
During these four classes you will experience Kate's nourishing guidance, deeply softening and rejuvenating restorative asana sequences, and carefully curated music. Each class will have a specific theme helping you to focus your practice and feeding thought on how to take your yoga off the mat and in to the world.
Also included in each class will be grounding breath practises and personal meditation. Kate will share her secrets on how to develop a sustainable daily meditation practice. An essential practice for living a balanced, inspired and grateful life. A Yogafied Life.
