Nourish Her - Living A Yogafied Life - with Kate Southward
Join yoga and meditation teacher Kate Southward for a mini yoga break designed to give you time and space to take a pause from your daily routine. With modern living, many of us try to ‘do it all’ and find ourselves being pulled in different directions.
It’s important to take time for ourselves and allow space to replenish and nourish. In the Nourish Her workshop, Kate will take you through a gentle Hatha and restorative yoga practise helping your body find deep relaxation. She will also take you through a guided meditation and teach you breath practises that will help you find inner peace and equanimity.
You will learn techniques that will help you to feel more centred, nourished and ready to leave the mat with a little more balance.
